I like the Jet stroller from The First Years. We happened to get the Happy Hippos model (discontinued now, I think). However, to my dismay, the foot strap across the front broke after about eight months of use.
Enter Emma at the customer service department of Tomy. When I explained the situation, she kindly arranged for another stroller to be sent out once I provided her with my purchase information and the photo featured in this post. I will share an update once we receive the new one, but it is much like a review I read about the company and their service. I am quite satisfied. Emma, if you ever get a chance to read this, thank you, a thousandfold, again!
